Welcome to Hey Luxana. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of heyluxana.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of any products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products

Luxana products are home massage devices intended for personal wellness and relaxation. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you are pregnant, use a pacemaker or other implanted device, or are under care for a back, joint, or circulatory condition, consult your physician before use. Always follow the included instructions.

2. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; the price charged is the price displayed at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a product was listed at an incorrect price, in which case you will be refunded in full. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we never see or store your full card details.

3. Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. Orders ship tracked, and your tracking number is sent to you when your order leaves our warehouse. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier-confirmed delivery address.

4. Returns and refunds

We offer free returns and exchanges for 30 days from the date of delivery, as described in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received.

5. Warranty disclaimer

Except as expressly stated, products and the Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hey Luxana will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Hey Luxana or its licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
