Hey Luxana is operated by DevsNest LLC, registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of heyluxana.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of any products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products

Luxana products are home massage devices intended for personal wellness and relaxation. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you are pregnant, use a pacemaker or other implanted device, or are under care for a back, joint, or circulatory condition, consult your physician before use. Always follow the included instructions.

2. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in the currency of your market and may change at any time; the price that applies is the price displayed on the Site when you place your order.

In Bangladesh, we sell on a cash on delivery basis. You pay our delivery agent in cash when the product is handed to you. No payment is taken before delivery and no card details are collected for your order. After you place an order we will call you on the number you provided to confirm the order and your delivery address. Because payment is taken on delivery, cancelling before delivery costs you nothing.

In all other markets, payment is taken at checkout when you place your order.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a product was listed at an incorrect price.

3. Delivery

In Bangladesh, delivery is free and orders arrive within 7–10 days. We call you to arrange a time before we deliver.

In all other markets, shipping is free on every order and sent with tracking.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.

4. Exchanges and refunds

If an item arrives faulty, or we send you the wrong item, you can exchange it within 30 days of delivery. You may exchange for any product in our range, paying the difference if the new item costs more. We arrange and pay for collection of the faulty item; the return courier cost is paid by you.

If an item is damaged in transit, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will refund you in full. Approved refunds are paid by bKash within 7 working days.

5. Warranty disclaimer

Except as expressly stated, products and the Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the country in which you live.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, and design — is our property or that of our licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live.
