Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Bangladesh. There is no delivery charge, no minimum order value and no surcharge for delivering outside Dhaka.

Free delivery across Bangladesh, within 2-5 days. We'll call to arrange a time before we deliver.

We call you before we send anything. After you place an order, someone from our team calls you on the number you gave us to confirm your order and your address, and to agree a delivery time. Nothing is dispatched until we have spoken to you. If we cannot reach you, we will try again — so please make sure the phone number on your order is one you answer.

You pay when it arrives. Every order in Bangladesh is cash on delivery. You pay the delivery person in cash when the product is in your hands. There is no payment before delivery, and no card is needed at any point.

Please check the product when it arrives. If anything is damaged or wrong, tell the delivery person and contact us.

Everywhere else

Free shipping on every order, with tracking. Payment is taken at checkout when you place your order. Cash on delivery and the 2-5 day window above apply to Bangladesh only.
