Returns & Exchanges

Every Luxana piece comes with free returns and exchanges for 30 days from the date of delivery. If it isn't right — wrong fit for your chair, not the intensity you hoped for, or simply a change of heart — write to us and we'll send a prepaid return label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the piece reaches us; exchanges ship as soon as your return is scanned. We ask only that items come back in their original packaging with all accessories included.
